Christmas Party - Wednesday, December 17, 2008
We hope everyone had a great time at our Christmas party last night.  We want to thank everyone for their help in making this wonderful event happen.

Our toy drive was very successful.  The donations that we collected for Toys For Tots is an excellent example of how our pack can come together to help others in need.

Remember that pizza pickup is scheduled for tomorrow night (Dec. 18th) behind Smith's grocery in Lavergne.  Please try to be there between 7:00pm and 8:00pm if you can.

Have a merry Christmas everyone,

First Pack Meeting - Tuesday, September 23, 2008
Our first pack meeting of the year was a blast!!!  The den cheers really sounded awesome, guys.  It was very hard to choose a den who showed the most spirit.  However, I would like to congratulate the Tiger Cub Den for being the first winners of the Spirit Stick.  Good job, guys.

Our next Pack Meeting will be at 6:30 Tuesday October 28th at LaVergne Lake Elementary.  Have a great fall break and we'll see you then!!!

Welcome Back!!! - Saturday, August 30, 2008
We hope everyone had a great summer.  First off, we would like to welcome our new scouts that joined us at our last roundup.  We received a lot of new applications so if you see someone new in your den this year, please feel free to extend them a cub scout handshake and introduce yourself.

Summer activities this year were awesome which included day camps and resident camps, a Nashville Sounds game, a car wash, and our Cumberland Caverns trip.  Many more exciting activities are planned for this year so keep checking our Pack Calendar for dates and times.

Keep in mind that den meetings will start the first week of September - we hope to see you there!!!

Uniforms & Books - Saturday, August 30, 2008
For those of you who have just joined us, you should consider getting your uniform and book as soon as possible.  We wear our uniforms proudly during all den meetings, pack meetings, and at most outings.  Your den leader will let you know if your uniform will be required during a specific outing.

Uniforms, books, and many other scout items may be purchased at any of the Middle Tennessee Scout Shops.  The associates at the shop are there to help you in any way they can.  Let them know what rank your scout is, his den number, and that he is in Pack 340 and they will be able to help you gather everything you need.  Please note that Pack 340 is a "belt-up" pack meaning that we do not require scouts to purchase the official BSA pants or socks.
